>driving Lyft

>about 9:30pm

>pick up college-age black dude in FSU gear

>he is on the phone with a girl

>says “Yeah baby, I’m going to the liquor store right now”

>says “I’m gonna get some Hennessey, like three bottles of Cristal, and some Ciroc, but I don’t know what flavor yet”

>girl says “could you get me some Crown Royal?”

>dude says “Yeah baby, I’m gonna get all of that, whatever you want. I will call you when I get back.”

>I drive four miles or so to liquor store

>dude is in there maybe fifteen minutes

>comes out empty-handed

>gets in the car

>I take him home

>end of story
